GOAT Residentials was formed in 2021 through a strategic partnership between Farrar Projects and PH Group, bringing together complementary expertise in property and construction.
Our story
Built on a strategic partnership.
Formed through the partnership of Farrar Projects and PH Group, GOAT Residentials brings complementary property and construction expertise together under one roof. We unite design, costing and construction so that nothing gets lost between the drawing and the doing.
We're deliberately not the biggest builder in town. Staying boutique lets our directors stay hands-on, our trades stay in-house, and our clients stay genuinely looked after — from the first coffee to long after the keys change hands.
Every home we sell carries a 10-year Master Build Guarantee and, more importantly, our name. That's a standard we're proud to be held to.

We'd rather build fewer homes properly than rush a number out the door. Every joint, junction and finish is detailed to last decades, not seasons.

Fixed prices, plain-English contracts and weekly updates. If something changes, you hear it from us first — never on handover day.
